The staff in the Paragon Restaurant were faultless with their cheerful greetings and excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast caters to all tastes and the quality of food is excellent. The dinner menu also caters to everyone and we certainly found a few favourite dishes and desserts.

Location：Less than 5 mins walk to BTS Sala Daeng Station and MRT Silom Station. A food court is at the corner and a 7-eleven is nearby. Walking distance to Lumphini Park. Room： Nice and clean. But Mini Bar charges every thing. No free drinking water available. Stuff： Super nice and always with smile. Swimming Pool： Outdoor, not very big but with good privacy.

Great location, close to Sala Daeng and Silom stations, connecting to both train lines. Very close to Lumphini Park and there is a shopping mall nearby which operates well into the night (it may be 24 hours but I am not sure). Lovely breakfast with a good selection even for a Muslim traveller. Had a minor issue with my room which Maintenance addressed within the hour, even though it was midnight.

Amazing staff, absolutely loved the girls on the breakfast that always treated the kids with smile and attention, getting their orange juice once they stepped into the restaurant and they remembered about them during our stay. The front office staff was really nice too. I don’t remember her name but was a lady that even gave the kids a small gift upon check in. The pool area looks good and feels good too. The location is very convenient, the TV is a smart tv so we could watch netflix and youtube… the bathroom had both shower and bathtub, separated from each other which was convenient when having 3 people in the room.

Staff, check-in, concierge, waiters were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The high floors provide good views. Food quality and choice were great, and I've never had such an extravagant breakfast buffet!

We were in awe of how amazing this property was. It’s in a great location being a short walk maybe 3-5min from both transit line stations. The Lumpini Park is right across the street. There is tons of spots to eat at around the corner. There is a mall right across the street from the location. The staff is very professional and the rooms are very large. Views are incredible and the breakfast provided is even better. Pool and gym were perfectly sized and easily accessible. I would 100% stay at this hotel again if I come back to Bangkok.

We had a superb 5 day stay. Excellent & well connected location, spacious room on executive floor, great daily breakfast spread. A special shout out to Lounge staff for an providing amazing service.
